Our replacement policy allows you to request a replacement at no additional cost if the product received by you is defective or is not as ordered. However, size-related replacement are allowed for selected products.
If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD.
You will be eligible to get a replacement if
• A replacement request is made within 3 days of receipt of the delivery of the order
• The product has been received in its unused, original condition.
• The product has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card and any freebies and accessories obtained along with the original product.
• For any assistance contact our Customer Service at 09999073907 (Monday - Sunday 10:30 AM to 6 PM) or mail us at email@example.com, to initiate the replacement process. You can also submit your replacement Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a replacement
• Please note that replacement is subject to availability of a suitable replacement.
Please note that this policy will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during use or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise
Points to Remember:
- Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
- Product refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
- Urban Hues reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund.
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

At Urban Hues, we strictly follow the TAT to dispatch the articles, therefore any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 12 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it.
